karmella benedito de barros is 2spirit Afro-Brazilian & Nêhiyawak/mixed-settler, and a member of the Mistawasis First Nation (treaty 6). they are an interdisciplinary artist, organizer and co-founder or the art ecoststem collective. born and raised as an uninvited guest on stolen & unceded xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish) and səlil̓ilw̓ətaʔ (Tsleil-Waututh) territories, karmella’s experimental practice is informed by the land, seasonality, preservation and tending relations. their experimental film practice leans towards a process of witnessing and conjuring collective felt sense through mixed-media storytelling.

Bona Lee is a multidisciplinary artist based in Toronto, Canada. A musician and lover of all art mediums, she is passionate about artistic creations exploring the human experience. At 14, Bona founded ONEUL ZINE, an arts magazine and media platform that went on to publish multiple issues and collaborate with artists worldwide. Additionally, Bona’s passion for artistic exploration led to her debut short film, “PULSE,” premiering through FORM's 2023 Mini Commissions Program, and later her subsequent selection for FORM’s 2024 Artistic Committee. During 2025-2026, Bona also served as the Co-President of ToThe9s McMaster, a fashion magazine based at McMaster University.

Trey Denzyl is a multidisciplinary artist working across photography, movement, and design, using storytelling to explore culture, identity, and heritage. Born in Canada and raised in Trinidad and Tobago, his work is shaped by the intersection of his Caribbean roots and Canadian experience. As a dancer rooted in hip hop and street dance culture, he is deeply interested in the historical and spiritual origins of movement and its connections to Afro-Caribbean traditions. Through film, photography, and performance, Trey examines themes of belonging, cultural memory, and authenticity, creating work that seeks to reconnect with heritage while navigating the complexities of contemporary culture.

Mara Dupas is a multidisciplinary artist of Martinican and French origin. His practice explores writing, dance, choreographic creation and movement advice on the unceded territory of Tio'tia:ke / Mooniyang (colonially known as Montreal). Through an intimate, critical and sensory approach, they explore the links between body, memory and narrative. His creations are rooted in Afro-descendant and queer experiences, drawing inspiration from archives and popular culture.

Naomi holds an MFA from Emily Carr University of Art + Design and their work has been exhibited at The Polygon Gallery, Museum of Vancouver and has an upcoming solo show at Grunt Gallery in September, 2026.

Huncho, aka Aabhaansh Bhatnagar, is a performer and creative artist from Surrey, British Columbia. He represented Canada as a member of Team Canada, winning gold at the 2024 IDO World Hip Hop Championship on the international stage. He toured as a dancer with Karan Aujla in 2026 across multiple Canadian cities and has appeared in music videos and live productions. Huncho is also a hip-hop instructor at LDA and Street Kings , mentoring young dancers and supporting his local community. Additionally, He is also a prominent member of the freestyle scene, participating and battling frequently at events across the Lower Mainland. He continues to grow and expand himself as an artist and a creative.

Kingston Chan is an emerging artist based in Vancouver, BC. Her creative work experiments with a variety of art forms. As an actor, she has appeared in commercials, TV, short films, and feature-length movies. She is a street dancer having performed at live events such as the Main Event and VSDF. As Kingston enters her last year of high school, she is looking forward to directing an original short film to be featured in the FORM mini commission program.
