Welcome to the 10th annual FORM! 
We’re so excited to celebrate this milestone year with you! 

FORM 2025 offers both online and in-person experiences across so-called Vancouver, featuring: Film Screenings, Cypher, Workshops, Installations, FORMations, Artist Talkbacks, and Special Events.

To attend screenings:
An INDIVIDUAL TICKET or FESTIVAL PASS is needed, unless otherwise stated 🎟️

PERKS FOR SCREENING PASSHOLDERS: If you buy a Screening Pass between October 1st and October 30th, you’ll get a 15% discount on merch!

Additional festival events such as workshops and special events are FREE to attend.

Choose from the following options to enjoy this year's festival:

  • A Screening Pass will give you access to attend 5 Film Screenings:

    *All screenings noted above are live, in-person events unless otherwise stated. 

    We have 2 Screening Pass pricing tiers to choose from.

    Pricing Tiers:

    • $40 Accessible Screening Pass (Suggested for students, seniors, artists, and community members who need a lower-cost option.)

    • $50 Standard Screening Pass (Suggested for community members who are able to pay regular admission and help sustain our programming.)

  • A Screening Pass will give you access to attend 5 Film Screenings:

    If you purchase a Screening Pass, you can also get a Digital Experience Pass as an add-on for just $10, allowing you to access our Digital Library and watch the films again wherever and whenever until November 30th.

    → Passholder + Merch Bundle Offer

    If you buy a Screening Pass between October 1st and October 30th, you’ll get a 15% discount on merch!

  • Our Digital Experience Pass is $35 and gives you access to:

    *Please note that our Digital Library is only available with a Digital Experience Pass. With over 35 films available to watch On-Demand, you’re paying less than $1 per film!

  • Individual tickets are $12 and can be purchased for each screening event. 

    Please note that some events occurring during the festival are partner events, in which case you’ll be directed to our partner site to purchase a ticket (pricing may vary). These events include:
