We’re gearing up for another exciting year of movement-on-screen at FORM 2025, and we need your support to make it all happen!
Taking place from November 7th to November 22nd, 2025, this year's festival will feature in-person events across so-called Vancouver, with screenings also available online through our Digital Library.

Explore Our Volunteer Opportunities
We offer a variety of volunteer roles, tailored to fit your interests and availability. A 4-hour volunteer shift will grant you access to a Screening Pass and Digital Experience Pass, giving you the full FORM 2025 festival experience!
Here’s a breakdown of our volunteer opportunities and the roles we need help with:

Have your own equipment? Capture the energy and excitement of FORM 2025 by documenting our events. This role is flexible to fit your availability. Let us know when you’re free and we’d love to have you document this year's events.

Help us set the scene for our festival events and receptions, from decorating to organizing catering. Stay for the festivities and assist with closing up as the evenings wind down.

Help with selling raffle tickets and raising funds to keep FORM going! This role is perfect for outgoing volunteers who enjoy interacting with festival goers.

Attend one of our workshops or events and help engage and connect with audiences as you participate in events

Be the friendly face that welcomes our guests! Help with checking tickets, directing audiences into the cinema, and keeping track of attendance during screenings.

Help us spread the word by distributing posters around the city. This role is flexible, allowing you to work at your own pace leading up to the festival.
